Developer and Municipality further desire to amend paragraph <br /> 8.6 of the Agreement to change the deadline by which Municipality must <br /> complete its conversion of North Water Street from one-way to two-way <br /> traffic from May 1, 2008 to no later than July 25, 2008. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the above Recitals, mutual <br /> promises, warranties and terms set forth herein, together with other good and <br /> valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby <br /> acknowledged, the parties hereto represent, covenant, warrant and agree as <br /> follows: <br /> 1.
