� . , Hoake 3�23 �age : 954 <br /> � Developer's anchor tenant Regions Bank, N.A, Consociate, Inc., Dansig, <br /> � Inc., and other tenants of the building constructed on the Premises. <br /> An additional thirty (30) parking spaces may be made available at a cost of <br /> $10.00 per space per month, for the remainder of the initial lease term, to <br /> employees, representatives, and tenants of Developer, Developer's anchor <br /> tenant Regions Bank, N.A, Consociate, Inc., Dansig, Inc., and other tenants <br /> of the building constructed on the Premises as occupancy in the building <br /> exceeds 140 full time tenant employees. <br /> F. Developer and Municipality further desire to amend paragraph <br /> 8.6 of the Agreement to change the deadline by which Municipality must <br /> complete its conversion of North Water Street from one-way to two-way <br /> traffic from May 1, 2008 to no later than July 25, 2008. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the above Recitals, mutual <br /> promises, warranties and terms set forth herein, together with other good and <br /> valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby <br /> acknowledged, the parties hereto represent, covenant, warrant and agree as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Section 8.3 of the Agreement, which currently provides as <br /> follows: <br /> "The Municipality's demolition or <br /> redevelopment of the dilapidated buildings <br /> across North Water Street with street <br /> addresses of 301 through 363, both <br /> inclusive, North Water Street, (as legally <br /> described on Exhibit C hereto) no later than <br /> July 25, 2008. Those properties with street <br /> addresses of 327 through 335 North Water <br /> Street shall be converted to a permanent <br /> 2 <br />
