The main public access bbby which provides a wekom�g open but controlled <br /> access to records,patrol 'mterview I.D.and Sex Registration functions on the first <br /> floor; controlled stair and elevator access to mvestigations on the second floor; <br /> and community meet�g rooms and administration on the third floor,all <br /> overlooking the sky lit lobby. <br /> 2. The main staff entrances tie into the two south stair towers at the landmg between <br /> the ground and first floor providing access to both the staff support locker, <br /> lounge areas as well as the patrol areas,admmistration,briefing,report,and <br /> evidence drop areas. These staff entrances are conveniently linked to staff and <br /> authorized vehicle parking and outdoor staff areas to the south and outdoor staff <br />' areas to the south natural light is provided into designated key staff support and <br /> patrol areas. <br /> A description of each floor level follows: <br /> Basement Level <br /> The basement inctudes all general and evidence storage areas as well as all buildmg support and <br />' mechanical areas. This is a low fmish shell area with minimal system requirements located <br /> approximately 14' below grade of the staffentry level. <br /> Ground Level <br /> The ground level houses the staff support/locker areas,physical; exercise training and break areas. <br /> First Level <br /> The first level mcludes patrol offices,interview rooms,briefing,report,evidence drop and lobby <br /> functions with public information window as well as records (also off the lobby). Stair and elevator <br /> access is controlled from the public information window. The patrol deputy chief is also located on this <br /> level decentralized with the patrol command staff. <br /> Second Level <br /> The second level contau�s the investigations department,the crime scene unit and evidence processing <br /> lab area,m addition to the interview rooms,polygraph,street crimes unit,a major crimes area and the <br /> decentralized deputy chief for investigations is located on this level. <br /> PS.1 � Dewberry <br /> 4.3 <br />
