Risk Assessment <br /> Specific tasks related to Risk Assessment to be performed by Engineer shall include the <br /> following: <br /> Task 1 —Initial Meetin�and Data Collection <br /> This task will involve collecting and reviewing basic data to be provided by Owner. A <br /> detailed list of requested data will be provided at least two weeks prior to the scheduled <br /> kick-off ineeting. Supply and production facilities to be considered in the risk assessment <br /> include: <br /> 1. Lake Decatur Dam and intake facilities; <br /> 2. Dewitt County Well Field; <br /> 3. William Street Reservoir and Pumping Station; <br /> 4. Raw Water Line to Treatment Plant; <br /> 5. Raw Water Pumping Station; <br /> 6. South Water Treatment Plant(by individual components); <br /> 7. Lime Sludge Storage Lagoons; <br /> 8. Division and Garfield Elevated Ta.nks; <br /> 9. New Elevated Tank; <br /> 10. New Booster Pumping Station; and <br /> 11. Vulcan Gravel Pit Supplemental Water Supply <br /> Where possible, data will be collected in electronic form to minimize duplication costs <br /> and impacts. It is understood that portions of the data such as estimated service life of <br /> facilities may be based on best estimates provided by utility staff. <br /> The initial meeting will cover the process to be used to assess and evaluate the risks for <br /> operation of the water system. All data previously requested should be available and <br /> additional data requests may be generated by discussions during this meeting. Owner's <br /> key operations, maintenance, and management staff will be identified for participation in <br /> a system risk prioritization workshop. <br /> Task 2—Data Review and Analvsis <br /> The data collected will be reviewed and used to develop a preliminary list of critical <br /> facilities, potential risk, and severity of consequences. This preliminary list will be used <br /> as the basis for the system risk prioritization workshop. A data search will be conducted <br /> on water system infrastructure in the United States to collect relevant data on system risks <br /> and failure consequences. <br /> Task 3 —Water svstem risk prioritization workshon <br /> Engineer will facilitate a system risk prioritization workshop. A systematic review of <br /> critical facilities, potential risk, and severity of consequences will be conducted to <br /> validate baseline data.
