The result will be <br /> a matrix which will show a simple value system ranking which will indicate the areas of <br /> risk from severe to minimal. <br /> Task 4—Letter Report <br /> A letter report will be prepared summarizing the results of the system risk prioritization <br /> workshop. The letter report will include a description of the methodology utilized, a <br /> suminary table of risk prioritization, and a summary of the water system infrastructure <br /> risk and consequences search from among other water systems in the U.S. which could <br /> impact the Owner's reinvestment program. The deliverable will be the original report, 10 <br /> copies, and the report in electronic format(i.e. Word file on a CD). <br /> Supplemental Services 'I <br /> A. Any work requested by Owner that follows submittal of fmal report, or is not � <br /> included in one of the items above will be classified as supplemental services. <br /> B. Supplemental services shall include,but are not limited to: <br /> 1. Meetings in excess of those described in this Attachment A. <br /> 2.
