That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 08-24, Street <br /> Reconstruction, and presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Dunn Company, A Division of Tyrolt, Inc.,be accepted , <br /> and a contract awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and I <br /> directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Dunn Company, <br /> A Division of Tyrolt, Inc., for said plan for their bid price of$594,118.60.
