Reservations and deposits must reach the Hotel no later than seven days before the day of <br /> arrival. The Hotel's form for reservarions shall be used. In some cases the Hotel may require full advance payment <br /> to guarantee the reservation.Each reservation for which the required deposit has been received is guaranteed for <br /> arrival unti16:00 p.m. of the scheduled arrival date. Deposits are refundable to the Group Guest if the Hotel receives <br /> notice of cancellation no later than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. However,the Group shall remain <br /> directly liable for such cancelled reservations as provided in this Agreement. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the first <br /> date reserved. Checkout rime is 12:00 p.m. A late-departure charge may apply for any room occupied after the <br /> checkout rime. <br /> Program Agenda; Funetion Space: Function space as requested by the Group will be held until the Option Date 'I <br /> of OS/30/08. The final program must be confirmed by the Group in writing no later than 30 days before the first <br /> meeting date. Function rooms are assigned according to food and beverage revenue minimums,anticipated number <br /> of guests, set up requirements and available space at time of booking. 'The hotel reserves the right to assign and,if <br /> necessary,reassign function space to accommodate all parties concerned. The function time noted on the event <br /> order is the rime that the room will be reserved for your use. A labor fee applies to all outdoor funcrions depending <br /> on the size and set-up requirements. There will be a$50.00 surcharge for changes to your function meeting room <br />� set-ups on the day of the event. <br /> Meeting Space Charges: Based upon the meeting and banquet space arrangements outlined here,your meeting <br /> room charge would be$15,000. A 19%Service Charge will be applied to all meeting room charges that are not <br /> waived. <br /> Meeting Room Credits Would Apply As Follows: <br /> If the Group reaches a total Revenue Goal equal to or greater than$15,000 the banquet room charge will be waived. <br /> If total revenues are less than$15,000 then the Group will owe the difference of the Revenue Goal and the Actual <br /> Revenues or the meering room charge whichever is less.All Banquet Food and Beverage,group sleeping room <br /> revenue,and 25%of A/V revenues are calculated as Actual Revenue.Taxes and gratuity are not included in total <br /> revenues. <br /> Food And Beverage;Hospitality Suites:All food and beverage functions will be supplied and prepared by the <br /> Hotel. No outside food or beverage may be brought into the banquet rooms. A 19%Service Charge and applicable <br /> Sales Tax will be added to all food and beverage items. All menu prices are subject to change without notice and <br /> are not guaranteed beyond 60 days prior to the event date. <br /> Menus: We welcome the opportunity to create menus especially for your needs. In the event your group requests a <br /> split menu, entree selections are limited to a maximum of rivo selections. One price is charged for this service and <br /> the highest entree price will be used. The hotel requires place cards or ticket identification for the particular entree <br /> selections by each guest.
