Prepare plan sheets and typical sections with landscape features. Establish existing and proposed rights of way and property lines. Inventory existing property ingress/egress and circulation conditions. Evaluate impacts of proposed improvements on ingress/egress and circulation. Perform a Preliminary Environmental Site Assessment(PESA) Compute preliminary construction quantities and unit costs and summarize. Plan schedule and attend one(1)public information meeting. Prepare a Project Development Report for LA and STATE approval. (Anticipated to be a Categorical Exclusion.) 2) Provide Final Streetscape Design Phase Services as follows: Retain Massie Massie and Associates of Springfield as a subconsultant for: Final layout of corridor streetscape improvements including sidewalks,pedestrian crossings, fences,light fixhues,benches,planters,signs and planting areas. Coordination and review meetings with the CONSULTANT, LA and STATE. Prepare final layout plans,details specifications and cost estimate for lighting,street fiunishings(benches,planters,etc.),signs and monuments, street trees and planting areas. Provide QA/QC and Administration for the PROJECT Coordinate and attend review and progress meetings with the SUBCONSULTANT,LA and STATE. Perform data collection and field property survey for easement documents. Prepare plats,legal descriptions and forms for easement acquisirions. Acquire soil borings for light and signing foundation design. Prepare constructions plans consisting of cover sheet,typical sections,quantity summaries/schedules,plan and profiles,lighting,signing,landscape details and cross sections. Compute final pay item quantities. Compute estimated final pay item unit costs and summary. Prepare Estimate of Time in IDOT format. Prepare Special Provisions and Checksheets to supplement the current IDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Conshuction.
