3) Provide Final Roadway Design Phase Services as follows: <br /> Provide QA/QC and Administration for the PROJECT <br /> Coordinate and attend review and progress meetings with the SUBCONSULTANT,LA and <br /> STATE. <br /> Perform field topographic survey necessary for design of curb replacement and pavement overlay. <br /> Prepare pavement design. <br /> Prepare constructions plans consisting of cover sheet,typical sections,quantity <br /> summaries/schedules,plan and profiles,striping,traffic control,details and cross sections. <br /> Compute final pay item quantities. <br /> Compute estimated final pay item unit costs and summary. <br /> Prepare Estimate of Time in IDOT format. <br /> Prepare Special Provisions and Checksheets to supplement the current IDOT Standard <br /> Specifications for Road and Bridge Conshuction. <br />
