The District will plan and present at least twelve soil and water <br /> conservation public education programs, including urban erosion control <br /> and storm water management concerns, during said term. The programs <br /> will be directed at both urban and rural landowners in the Lake Decatur <br /> Watershed and will relate to the reduction of sediment, nutrients and <br /> pesticides into the Lake. � <br /> 5. The District will plan, allocate and implement $40,000 annually for Lake <br /> Decatur watershed conservation cost share projects, as determined by the <br /> cost share docket approved annually by the District Board and the City. <br /> 6. The City will pay to the District in twelve monthly installments during said <br /> term the total sum of $173,889.96 (or $14,490.83/month) for the duration <br /> of this Agreement for the employment of a full-time Lake Decatur <br /> Watershed Specialist, a full-time Lake Decatur Watershed <br /> Conservationist, a one-third time Administrative Assistant, a one-quarter <br /> time Resource Conservationist or equivalent, administrative expenses, <br /> conservation education programs, conservation cost share projects, <br /> promotions and technical assistance. <br /> 7. The District shall prepare and submit to the City quarterly reports including <br /> financial summaries will be submitted to the City no later than 15 business <br /> days after July 31, October 31 and January 31.
