-5- <br /> Commission shall maintain or cause to be maintained Workers' Compensation Insurance with <br /> respect to all work done in and about the Leased Premises. The Commission will not carry <br /> insurance of any kind with respect to furniture, furnishings, or equipment or on any fixtures, <br /> improvements or appurtenances, which are constxucted by Board after the execution date of this <br /> Lease, owned by the Board or leased by the Board and located in the Lea.sed Premises. <br /> The Commission shall be named as an additional insured on any applicable insurance <br /> policies obtained by the Board. <br /> The parties shall deliver to each other certificates of insurance showing compliance with <br /> this provision upon execution of this Lease and each year thereafter on the anniversary date of <br /> this Lease and shall additionally provide a certificate of insurance upon the request of the other <br /> P�3'• <br /> SECTION 5: Indemnitv <br /> A. The Board and County shall indemnify,keep and save harmless the Commission, <br /> its agents, officials, employees, successors and assigns against all injuries, deaths,loss, damages, <br /> claims, suits, liabilities or judgments, costs and expenses which may in any way accrue against <br /> the Commission because of the acts or omissions of the Board or County, their agents, officials, <br /> sublessees, employees, and contractors. The Board and County sha11 appear, defend and pay all <br /> charges, and costs or expenses arising therefrom or incurred in connection therewith, and if any <br /> judgment shall be rendered against the Commission in any such action,the Board and County <br /> shall satisfy and discharge the same. <br /> B.
