-4- <br /> Commission's control or by laws, orders or regulations of any federal, state or municipal <br /> authority. <br /> C. The Commission,Board and County agree that the Commission Manager <br /> (currently Jerry Lord, but including any successor), and the Health Department Administrator <br /> (currently Diana Heyer, but including any successor), shall each be the duly authorized agents <br /> and designees of the Commission,Board and County,respectively, in regards to all aspects of <br /> this Lease. The Commission Manager and the Health Department Administrator shall have the <br /> right and power to undertake any action in regards to this Lease on behalf of the Commission, <br /> Board and County,respectively. The Commission, Board and County may appoint another duly <br /> authorized agent and designee in regards to this Lease by providing written notice to the other <br /> part3'• <br /> SECTION 4: Insurance <br /> The Commission will procure such insurance coverage against physical loss or damage to <br /> the Leased Premises, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, fire and <br /> extended coverage,vandalism,malicious mischief, and against other risks as may be deemed <br /> necessary or advisable by the Commission in an amount equal to the replacement value of the <br /> Leased Premises (including replacement to Board's leasehold improvements,fixtures and <br /> appurtenances that aze in existence as of the execution date of this Lease). The Commission will <br /> obtain Commercial General Liability Insurance covering the Commission(and naming the Board <br /> as an additional insured) for claims of bodily injury,personal injury and property damage <br /> (including contractual liability) arising out of Commission's or Commission's agent's <br /> operations, liabilities or use of the Leased Premises, for limits of liability in an amount of equal <br /> or greater than those limits currently in place for existing Commission properties.
