Without limiting other similar types of requests for release of such personal properiy,the accurate and truthful completion of the exemplar,attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit C,shall be deemed appropriate for an authorization for release of such personal property. Prior to execution hereof, Prairieland has instituted a Policy, a true and accurate copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit D,which the City agrees is sufficient in order to comply with the terms hereof relating to the release of personal property located within vehicles towed and/or stored pursuant to the terms hereof. In addition to the Fee Schedule provided as set forth in § 6 hereof, Prairieland will, to the �xt�ni r��s�nably possible; px9v�� tQ tI'1� Ow��x OT c��J�]'�t�� O�t�� lltO�Ol��le t9w�c� o� 5�9�'�� pursuant to the terms of this Agreement,a copy of the procedure for retrieving personal property that might be contained within the vehicle from Prairieland,«��::ch written procedure will he substantially similar to the exemplar attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit E. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein,should the State of Illinois enact legislation expressly authorizing entities such as Prairieland to collect a deposit andlor payment of all fees and charges, Prairielanci will be permitted hereunder to act in accordanae with the provisions of sucn legislation. 16. Release of Vehicle. Absent authorization from the City or the Decatur Police Department, Prairieland shall not release any vehicle, towed and/or stored pursuant to the terms hereof,which vehicle was involved in a traffic violation or matter under investigation by the Decatur Police Department and which has been identified by the Decatur Police Department as being the subject of a hold placed thereon by the Decatur Police Department. Such vehicles shall be released as directed by the Decatur Police Department after all towing and storage fees and charges have been satisfied. Other vehicles towed and/or stored pursuant to the terms hereof shall be released to the registered owner of the vehicle after satisfaction, in full, of all towing and storage fees and charges incurred in relation to said vehicle. If the vehicle is to be released to any individual or entity other than the registered o�uner th�reof,Prairiel�nd may de�naar�d that the registered oumer provide urritten authorization for said release and that the person receiving possession of the vehicle provide appropriate identification. Without limiting other similar types of authorizations, accurate and , truthful completion of the exemplar, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit F, shall be deemed appropriate for an authorization for release of a vehicle to an individual who is not the registered owner of the vehicle.
