R2008-14 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GRANT OF LICENSE WITH <br /> MILLIKIN UNIVERSITY <br /> -WEST MAIN STREET RESTORATIONS PROJECT- <br /> CITY PROJECT OS-25 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Grant of License relating to the West Main Street Restoration <br /> Project presented to the City Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Millikin <br /> University for the relocation of University signage and the construction and maintenance on <br /> University property of portions of the West Main Street Restoration Project between Oakland <br /> Avenue and Fairview Avenue be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
