The City agrees to pay the University within 30 days after the date of this <br /> Agreement the sum of One Dollar ($1) for the right and license to construct, operate, maintain, <br /> repair, alter, inspect, remove and replace the portions of the Project, which are on the above- <br /> described land of the University. Neither the City nor the University shall remove any of the <br /> improvernents during the initial term of this license. <br />
