The described premises are shown on the Grant of License Plat which is attached as Exhibit A. 2. The City agrees to pay the University within 30 days after the date of this Agreement the sum of One Dollar ($1) for the right and license to construct, operate, maintain, repair, alter, inspect, remove and replace the portions of the Project, which are on the above- described land of the University. Neither the City nor the University shall remove any of the improvernents during the initial term of this license.
