The City hereby agrees to protect, indemnify and save harmless the University, its trustees, officers, lessees, agents, servants and employees, and each of them, from any and all claims or liability for loss, injury or damage to the property of, or for death, or injury to the person of, any of them or to any member of the general public, which may in any way arise out of, result from or be in any way connected with the construction, maintenance, use or operation of improvements covered by this license. 8. The University agrees that, during said License period, it will permit officers, agents, and employees of City to have access to said herein above-described lands as may be necessary for the proper inspection, repair, or servicing of any portion of said improvements. All . such work shall be performed at such time or times.and in such manner as will not unreasonably interrupt or interfere with the normal use of the University's property. 9. The City shall not abandon this license during the initial term. If the license is , abandoned by the City thereafter, then all rights, permissions and authorities shall be returned and revert to the University. 10. The rights and license granted under the terms of this Grant of License are only to the extent University has the present right and capacity to grant the same, and it shall be the responsibility of the City to secure any additional grants and authorizations that may be necessary or required for its purposes. 11. This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
