R2007-222 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR <br /> AGREEMENT WITH ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> FOR MOUND ROAD / STEVENS CREEK BRIDGE <br /> WHEREAS, on April 16, 2007, the City of Decatur to entered into an Agreement with <br /> the State of Illinois for the Mound Road / Stevens Creek Bridge project, known as State <br /> Section 09-00702-00-BR; and <br /> WHEREAS, in compliance with the aforementioned Agreement, it is necessary for the <br /> City of Decatur to appropriate sufficient funds to pay its share of the cost of said construction <br /> work. <br /> NOW, THEREFOKE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section L That there is hereby appropriated the additional sum of Seven <br /> Thousand Dollars and no cents ($7,000.00) for a total cost of$157,000.00 or so much thereof <br /> as may be necessary, from any money now or hereinafter allotted to the City to pay the cost of <br /> the construction work as described in the Agreement. <br />�, Section 2.
