7. To indemnify and hold harmless the City of Decatur, and its officers and its <br /> employees, from and against all liability, claims, demands and expenses, including <br /> court costs and attorney fees, on account of any injury, loss or damage which arise <br /> out of or are in any manner connected with the work to be pe�formed under this <br /> Agreement, if such injury, loss or damage is caused in whole or in part by, or is <br /> claimed to be caused in whole or in part by the negligent acts, errors or omissions of <br /> PWC, any Subcontractor of PWC, or any officer, employee or agent of PWC. The <br /> obligations of this Section shall not apply to damages which the City of Decatur shall <br /> become liable by final judgment to pay to a third party as the result of the negligent <br /> act, error or omission of the City of Decatur, its officers, employees or agent of the <br /> City of Decatur. <br /> 8. To complete all work at a fee of$51,000 which includes all work detailed herein. <br /> CITY OF DECATUR AGREES <br /> 1. To allow PWC personnel to enter the buildings which are proposed for demolition for <br /> inspections, etc. <br /> 2. To provide copies of all environmental reports including asbestos or hazardous <br /> materials which will have to be abated as a part of the demolition of the building. <br /> 3. To make payment within 30 days of invoicing with progress invoices submitted <br /> based on percentage of work completed. <br /> Please advise if you have any questions or if any additional information is required.
