RESOLUTION NO. R2007-187 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br /> TO PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF FLOOR <br /> COVERING FOR FIRST FLOOR OF CIVIC CENTER <br /> WHEREAS, the carpeting and the rubber flooring on the first floor of the Decatur Civic <br /> Center as well as the carpeting on the stairs going to the second floor is in very poor condition <br /> and needs to be replaced; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur Civic Center Authority does not have the funds to make the <br /> necessary improvements and have requested that the City provide funding to cover the cost of <br /> replacement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
