Attend one kickoff ineeting to discuss STUDY goals and objectives. <br /> 2. Review the following items related to the South Water Treatment Facility(SWTF). <br /> a. On-site review of existing high service pump station. <br /> b. Water storage requirements. <br /> c. Clearwell disinfection contact time. <br /> d. Historical high service pump operations and maintenance. <br /> e. Future and anticipated water system improvements and anticipated <br /> schedules. <br /> 3. Evaluate high service pump station operation using OWNER's calibrated water <br /> system model under existing and anticipated future conditions to compare with <br /> existing pump curves and performance with anticipated system head curves. <br /> 4. Evaluate distribution system storage redundancy along with capacity available for <br /> use compared to demands for fire protection requirements. <br /> 5. Evaluate the impact of the south elevated tank overflow and operating ranges on the <br /> SWTF high service pump station and anticipated booster pump station using <br /> OWNER's calibrated water system model under existing and future conditions. <br /> 6. Provide a letter to OWNER summarizing the results of reviews and evaluations as <br /> part of this STUDY. <br /> 7. Develop improvement alternatives related to the high service pump station operation <br /> and pumping capacity. <br />
