Develop improvement alternatives related to the south elevated tank overflow, <br /> sizing, and operating range. <br /> 9. Develop alternatives related to improving storage redundancy and maintenance at <br /> the SWTF. <br /> 10. Meet with OWNER to discuss alternatives and select alternatives for more detailed <br /> analysis. <br /> 11. Evaluate up to three selected alternatives using OWNER's calibrated water system <br /> model under anticipated design and demand conditions. <br /> 12. Prepare dra8 report summarizing the STUDY with recommendations for pumping <br /> and storage-related improvements. <br /> 13. Prepare an Opinion of Probable Cost and anticipated project schedule for <br /> recommended alternatives. <br /> 14. Submit five copies of the draft report for OWNER's review. <br /> 15. Meet with OWNER to discuss draft report and incorporate review comments. <br /> 16. Prepare and submit six copies of the Final Report to OWNER. <br /> Responsibilities of OWNER <br /> 1. Provide pertinent data to ENGINEER. <br /> 2. Provide key OWNER staff at reasonable times and with reasonable notice to <br /> participate in meetings. <br /> 3. Provide pump test results as recommended by ENGINEER. <br /> Service Elements Not Included <br /> The following services are not included under the scope of this Agreement. If such services <br /> are required of ENGINEER, they shall be provided by an amendment to this Agreement or <br /> through a separate Agreement with OWNER. <br /> 1. Preparation for and/or Appearance in Litigation on Behalf of OWNER. <br /> 2. Permit and Plan Review Fees. All permit and plan review fees payable to regulatory <br /> agencies shall be paid for by OWNER. Should ENGINEER pay such fees to <br /> expedite approvals, ENGINEER shall be reimbursed by OWNER. <br /> 3.
