Chastain &Associates, LLP. <br /> Massy&Massy <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Director of Economic &Urban <br /> Development, at 424-2727. <br /> Richard Marley, Director of Engineering & <br /> Infrastructure, at 424-2747 <br /> The Director for Economic & Urban Development, Greg Crowe, will be in attendance at the <br /> City Council meeting to answer any questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Funding for these services will be paid out of the Planning Fund, and is for a fee not to exceed <br /> $75,000.00. The City will receive a reimbursement from DUATS planning funds in the <br /> amount of$45,000.00. Analysis work will begin immediately with the intention of having the <br /> TIA completed within 3 to 4 months depending upon external review time. <br /> Attach: 2 <br /> cc: Greg Crowe, Economic &Urban Development Director <br /> John Smith, Assistant City Manager for Public Services <br /> Gregg Foltz, Homer L.
