Conduct a final inspection with OWNER and Contractor and prepare a punch-list of <br /> those items to be completed or corrected before final completion of the PROJECT. <br /> 9. Conduct a final walk-through with OWNER to determine if the punch list is <br /> completed. <br /> 10. Collect and organize three sets of operation and maintenance data submitted by the <br /> Contractor. Each set will be placed in separate three ring binders, the binders <br /> indexed, and a table of contents provided. Binders will be transmitted to OWNER. <br /> 11. Prepare and submit to OWNER record drawings consisting of one set of drawings in <br /> PDF format and one set of drawings in AutoCAD format. Each set of drawings will <br /> be provided on a compact disk. Record drawings will be prepared from field <br /> measurements and markups furnished by the construction Contractor. ENGINEER <br /> shall not be responsible for the accuracy of the data supplied by others. The <br /> Contractor's marked-up drawings will also be transmitted to the OWNER. <br /> 12.
