<br /> Consolidated Communica[ions Business Systemt,Inc.(CCBS)agrees to sell and Customer agrees to purchase the communication/computer equipment(the"Eqoipment")

<br /> PAYMENT
<br /> Customer agrees to pay the Balance listed above,subject tu any reywred aJ�ustmants,within 30 days after;nvoice. CC'BS shall provide an itemized summary listing to
<br /> Customer,ouUining all authorized additions/deletions made to the F.quipment.Schedule dunng installution ahich would reyuire adjustments to the Balance listed above.
<br /> llELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
<br /> CCBS shxll delioer and install the Equipment on the Cuctomeis premisec(the"lnstall�tinn Address")in accn*dance w�th the Scope of Vb'ork as listed on the anached Equipment
<br /> Schedule. CCBS shall use its best efforts to complete the mstallation withi��CCBS'standard mstxllxtiou timr framas and will notify Customer prior to installation to set a
<br /> muwally ag�eed upon installation and Cutover datz. Th�term"Cntover Uate"sball mean the date on which the Customer is notified by CCBS that the Equipment is installed
<br /> and is tunctionin�so as to be subs[antially providing the basic ser�ice 10�whi�h the Equipment is intended. iv:inur omissions or variances in performance of the Equipment,
<br /> which do not matenally affzct the operation of the system as a whole,shall nut affect or postpone[he Cutover D.ate. The CusTomer will be deemed to have accepted the
<br /> Gyuipment ten busmes.,days after the Cutover Date unless the Cu:tomer notifies C('BS,in writing,wrthm auch time that the Equipment does not conform ro this Agreement.
