. �> : Burwood Group understands that the following items are not within[he scope of our responsibilities, but can be added by completing a change order with the project manager: ■ Configuration or troubleshooting of any network equipment aside from the wireless equipment listed above ■ Configuration or troubleshooting of any network hardware o[her than the routers which are directly attached to the wireless bridges. • Installation and/or configuration of any systems not listed above • Implementation of wireless client access • Mounting of access points and antennas • Cabling for the Access Points and antennas ■ Any additional mounting brackets, cables, connectors which were not included in the initial hardware purchase ■ Ongoing day-to-day support of City of Decatur current wireless network post-implementation Any changes to the scope outlined or assistance with other City of Decatur initiatives will require a separate arrangement. Burwood Group will utilize the Project Change Control Document in the Appendix of this proposal if changes are required. Key assumptions In order to prepare this proposal, we have made certain assumptions to cover items that may or may no? . have been expressly discussed during conversations with City of Decatur. Changes to these assumptions may affec[the scope, time and cost of this proposal. ■ To insure limited network downtime, it will be necessary to run a secondary line to each of the existing AP locations for the purpose of deploying new equipment. If new cable is not run, there could be significant downtime while the new AP is installed. • The Wireless Authentication and Encryption methods for the City of Decatur will be decided during the design phase for this implementation. • City of Decatur will allow access to the buildings as needed to complete the project ■ Other Burwood Group resources may be utilized, as necessary,to meet the objectives of this arrangement and to deliver the value expected from our organization ■ Burwood Group will have the right to provide input and validation to the designs and implementation plans as they relate to similar systems and have potential to impact the success or progress of the project or other initiatives. • City of Decatur will ensure requirements and other Burwood Group deliverables are reviewed and signed-off in a timely manner(wi[hin 5 business days) by staff of the appropriate level ■ City of Decatur will align the incentives and objectives of employees and other vendors to cooperate with Burwood Group resources • Burwood Group cannot make a claim of guarantee of the performance or manufacture of devices not implemented by Burwood Group consultants • City of Decatur will provide Burwood Group resources office space for staff as needed, including a phone and Internet connection (either LAN or phone line), conference rooms for meetings/workshops, and access to building areas necessary to complete this project �7'lif�►t'0tr��r�-t��j ;« Gonfidential and proprietary to Burwood Group,Inc. 3
