To complete a topographic survey of North Water Street with the following <br /> limits of the survey. <br /> A. The north side of the intersection of East Main Street with Water <br /> Street. The north side is defined at the beginning of the radius of the <br /> curb of the intersection. <br /> B. The north side of the intersection of North Street with Water Street. <br /> C. The east curb line of North Main Street between William Street and <br /> North Avenue. <br /> D. The west face of the buildings on the east side of State Street <br /> between William Street and North Street. <br /> 2. To show all utilities that are of record and that are marked by the various <br /> utility companies or their representative (J.U.L.I.E.)
