Barry Leo rd, Risk Manager� <br /> SUBJECT: FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT AMENDMENT <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: <br /> It is recommended by staff that City Council approve the attached resolution, which will <br /> allow full-time Library General Services employees to participate in the City's Flexible <br /> Spending Account (Section 125 of the IRS Code) program. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> AFSCME Local 268 and the Decatur Public Library have amended their current <br /> Collective Bargaining Agreement to allow full-time General Services employees to <br /> participate in the City's FSA program.
