� - . <br /> Memorandum of'Understanding I', <br /> (Supplement) I <br /> This agreement has been made and entered into by and between the Decatur Public Library <br /> (hereinafter refeired to as "Library") and AFSCME Council 31 for and on behalf of Local 268 <br /> (hei-einafter refen•ed io "Union"). I <br /> The Library and ihe Union agree to add the following lailguage as a supplemental agreement to <br /> the clul-ent Collective Bargaining A�-eement (hereinafter referred to as "ContracY'). <br /> The Library may offer employees the option of participation in a"cafeteria plan", as permitted by I' <br /> Section 125 of the I�lternal Revenue Code. Participation by any employee shall be on a voluntaly 'I <br /> basis. '� <br /> Excepi as modified by the provisions hereof, the agreement above refeired to shall continue in ' <br /> fiill force and effect.
