The preliminary design work will be funded out of the General Capital Project <br /> Fund. The preliminary design agreement with URS is for a fee not to exceed$155,000.00, of <br /> which $124,000.00 will be reimbursed by IDOT. The City's non-reimbursed expenditure will <br /> be $31,000.00. <br /> Preliminary design work will begin immediately upon approval from the Illinois Department of <br /> Transportation which normally takes four to six weeks.
