R2006-196 <br /> RESOLUTION ALLOCATING FUNDS AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> - ENERGY CONSERVATION GRANT PROGRAM - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Community Development Block Grant Energy Conservation Grant <br /> Program, established for the purpose of providing loan assistance for energy code improvements <br /> to low and moderate income properties be, and it is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2.
