R2006-175 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER <br /> DIESEL EXHAUST EXTRACTION SYSTEM—FIRE STATION #1 <br /> CITY PROJECT 0506-35 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the contract between Midwest Air Pro, and the City of Decatur <br /> be, and the same is hereby modified to authorize a Change Order for an additional cost of <br /> an amount not to exceed $3325.00 <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to <br /> execute such Change Order as is necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> Section 3.
