RESOLUTION NO. R2006-170 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> EXPENDITURE OF CITY FUNDS <br /> - COUNTYWIDE COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING PROJECT— <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Decatur Urbanized Area Transportation Study (DUATS) <br /> plans a Joint City / County Comprehensive Planning Project which said project will <br /> address Land Use and Development, Transportation, Community Facilities, Issues <br /> and Opportunities, Telecommunication and Utility Infrastructure, Housing, <br /> Economic Development, Natural Resources, and Public Participation. <br /> Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Decatur does hereby agree to <br /> support the need to update the Comprehensive Planning Project and; furthermore, <br /> authorizes the expenditure in an amount not to exceed $40,000.00 for the period <br /> FY2006/2007 through FY2007/2008 as the City's share of said cost. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 2006. <br /> - GC�'c�����c.E - <br /> PAUL OSBORNE, MAYOR <br /> r1TTEST: <br /> � <br /> �-L. ` ` .
