Scope of CLIENT Work Program <br /> L Materials to be Provided by the CLIENT <br /> In the event that any information, data, reports, records, aerial photographs, maps or other <br /> useful data exist, are available to the CLIENT and may be useful for CONSiJLTANT'S <br /> carrying out work on the PROJECT, these materials shall be promptly furnished to the <br /> CONSULTANT without cost or expense to the CONSULTANT. <br /> 2. Services to be Provided by the CLIENT <br /> CLIENT agrees to perform services set forth in Attachment 5, attached to and made <br /> expressly part of this agreement. <br /> D. Deliverables Under Component A <br /> The deliverables resulting from Component A work tasks are set forth in Attachment 1, <br /> which is attached to and expressly made part of this Agreement. <br /> E. Meetings <br /> The Consultant agrees to attend meetings and workshops of the steering committee, public <br /> meetings, planning commission, city council as specified in Attachment 2. Public Meetings <br /> beyond those specified shall be considered Additional Services and authorized under <br /> Component B, Paragraph B above. � <br /> F. Subcontractors <br /> CONSULTANT may elect to use subcontractors to perform certain portions of the services; <br /> however, CONSLILTANT shall perform the majority of the work on the PROJECT. Use of <br /> other subcontractors shall require the written approval of CLIENT, such approval not to be <br /> unreasonably withheld. CONSULTANT shall remain responsible for all services. <br /> G. Changes <br /> Any changes in this Agreement, including the CONSULTANT Scope of Services under <br /> Component A (Attachment 1), the Public Particpation Process (attachment 2), the Scope and <br /> Timeline Attachment 3), the Scope of CLIENT Work Program (Attachment 4), and any <br /> modification of the amount of compensation, shall be first mutually agreed upon by <br /> CONSULTANT and CLIENT, and incorporated into a written amendment to this Agreement. <br /> H. CONSULTANT'S Compensation, Reimbursement of Job-Related Expenses, and Payment <br /> Method under Component A: <br /> 1. Far services to be rendered under Attachment l, Scope of Services, of this agreement <br /> CLIENT shall pay CONSULTANT a not to exceed fee of$ 395,955.00, including direct <br /> expenses. The fee shall cover all professional and technical work undertaken in the <br /> performance of Attachment 1 of this Agreement by the CONSULTANT.
