R2006-169 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT �I <br /> DUNN COMPANY �' <br /> RETAINING WALL REPAIR AGREEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the repair of the retaining wall on the west <br /> side of Monroe Street, north of the viaduct under the Norfolk Southern Railroad, presented to the <br /> City Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Dunn Company be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
