I <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Matt Newell, City Engineer, at 424-2747 <br /> Matt Newell, will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer any questions of the <br /> Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Although not specifically itemized in the current budget, funding for this project will come from <br /> Intersection Safety Improvement funds that are unused in the Capital Project Fund.
