R2006-163 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br /> JACKSON FORD, INC. <br /> - PICKUP TRUCK WITH SNOW PLOW AND LIFT GATE - <br /> WHF,REAS, bids were opened on October 2, 2006, for furnishing the Transit Sy stem <br /> with one (1 j pickup truck with snow plow and lift gate, with three (3) bids being submitted; and <br /> WHEREAS, the lowest bidder was Jackson Ford, Inc. with a bid of$27,913.70. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. 7'hat the tabulation of the bids submitted for furnishing the Transit System <br /> with one (1) pickup truck with snow plow and lift gate, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Jackson Ford, Inc. be accepted and a purchase order be <br /> aw�arded accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
