R2006-162 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> EXPENDITURE OF CITY FUNDS <br /> - DECATUR MACON COUNTY SENIOR CENTER- <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur Macon County Senior Center has provided social, � <br /> economic and life-skills services to area seniors for the past several decades; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur Macon County Senior Center moved to its present <br /> location on North 22°d Street in 2003 and the facility is in need of maintenance and <br /> �eneral upkeep; and, <br /> �TvHEREAS, the City of Decatur has been asked to pledge its support of <br /> maintenance needs in the amount of$20,000.00. <br /> NOW, "I'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l.
