R2006-160 <br /> RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXPENDITURE OF CITY FUNDS <br /> - BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF DECATUR- <br /> WHEREAS, since 1972 the Boys and Girls Club of Decatur has provided services <br /> to underprivileged and disadvantaged youth in our community; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Boys and Girls Club of Decatur provides programs and services <br /> aimed at a specific segment of our community; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur has been asked to provide a contribution to the <br /> Boys and Girls Club of Decatur Capital Campaign in an amount not to exceed <br /> $20,000.00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CiTY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l.
