Conduct kickoff ineeting at Decatur. <br /> 2. Provide preliminary opinion of probable construction cost. <br /> 3. Specify new percent oxygen gas monitor for the carbon dioxide room. <br /> 4. Specify new intake structure lake level monitor. <br /> 5. Specify new Raw Water Pump Station self-cleaning pH probe. <br /> 6. Specify new telemetry radios for the Sludge Lagoons, Dam, Raw Water Pump <br /> Station, William Street Pump Station, Division Street Elevated Tank, Garfield <br /> Elevated Tank, Brush College Tap, four tributaries, ADM-North Water Treatment <br /> Plant, and the South Water Treatment Plant. All new radios will utilize the same <br /> frequency. Radio polling at the South Water Treatment Plant will be done through <br /> the existing programmable logic controller(PLC) in SCC-1. <br /> 7. Standardize on a single PLC manufacturer. This includes specifying replacement of <br /> the existing PLCs at the Dam, Raw Water Pump Station, and William Street Pump <br /> Station with new Allen Bradley PLCs and specifying new PLCs at the Division <br /> Street Elevated Tank, Garfield Elevated Tank, Brush College Tap and four <br /> tributaries. <br />
