ENGINEER will not enter confined spaces. <br /> Responsibilities of OWNER ', <br /> The OWNER shall provide the following services as part of the PROJECT. !i <br /> 1. Existing as-built drawings and other information currently on file including <br /> electronic version of existing drawings. <br /> 2. Historical reports and data on file pertinent to all phases of the PROJECT. <br /> 3. Access to areas of the PROJECT site at reasonable times as required for the <br /> ENGINEER to complete the Scope of Services. <br /> 4. Availability of key OWNER staff at reasonable times and with reasonable notice to <br /> participate in meetings and concurrence with equipment selections. <br /> 5. Publish Advertisement for Bids. <br /> Insurance <br /> ENGINEER shall provide insurance coverage in accordance with the attached City <br /> requirements. A certificate of insurance will be provided to the OWNER prior to <br /> commencement of the project. <br /> Compensation <br /> OWNER shall compensate ENGINEER for the Scope of Services described herein for a <br /> lump sum fee of$115,000, which includes all expenses. <br /> Sales Tax and Other taxes. Only sales taxes or other taxes that are in effect at the time this <br /> Agreement is executed are included in the fee.
