That the Professional Services Agreement presented to the Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and Blank, Wesselink, Cook and Associates for the development of <br /> Decatur Police Department Feasibility Space Options at the Law Enforcement Center, be, and <br /> the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
