t � <br /> HANSON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES INC. <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> This Agreement is made this 7� th/nd day of August, 2006 between the City of Decatur <br /> Illinois, subsequently referred to as "Client," and Hanson Professional Services Inc., subsequently <br /> referred to as "Hanson." <br /> By joining in this Agreement, Client retains Hanson to provide professional engineering services in <br /> connection with the annual dam inspections for the Lake Decatur Dam in Decatur, Illinois and <br /> for the Dredging Sediment Storage Facility in Oakley Township, Illinois, subsequently referred <br /> to as "Project." Services for this project will not proceed until Hanson has received a written Notice <br /> to Proceed from the City of Decatur. <br /> By this Agreement, the scope of Hanson's services on Project is limited to that described in <br /> Attachment A. <br /> The attached General Conditions (G-GREVO) are incorporated into and made a part of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> Client agrees to compensate Hanson for providing the above services in the manner described in <br /> Attachment B. <br /> Client and Hanson hereby agree to and accept the terms and conditions stated above, including <br /> terms and conditions stated in the attached General Conditions, the receipt of which is <br /> acknowledged. <br /> Hanson Client <br /> , <br /> B Q�G.�Q ��?�'C.��--� <br /> Y• ��--� <br /> Thomas E.
