ATTACHMENT B <br /> CHARGES FOR SERVICES <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> Agreement Date: August , 2006 <br /> Project: Annual Dam Inspections, Lake Decatur Dam, Dredgin�Sediment Storage Facilitv <br /> Decatur Illinois <br /> BASIS OF CHARGES: <br /> Charges for professional engineering services performed by our firm in providing all <br /> services listed in the SCOPE OF SERVICES will be made according to the attached schedule, <br /> "Basis of Payment, Consulting Services(06 Rev. 0)." <br /> All activity will be billed on the basis of actual amount of services performed,multiplied by <br /> the unit and/or hourly rates given in the attached schedules. <br /> ESTIMATE OF COST: <br /> The amount of activity that is necessary to perform the inspections and prepare the <br /> inspection reports will be held to that minimum required to satisfy the regulatory requirements of <br /> the Illinois Deparhnent of Natural Resources, Office of Water Resources. <br /> It is estimated that the total cost of all services will be$7,750. We believe that this estimate <br /> is conservatively high, and we therefore agree not to exceed $7,750 without prior notice.
