. � <br /> Y � <br /> City staff prepared a Sanitary Sewer Service Agreement for the Deer Run Subdivision. This <br /> agreement was patterned after the City's Water Service Agreement. The agreement is acceptable <br /> to the developer and a copy of the ageement is attached. The agreement requires the property to <br /> be annexed when any portion of the subdivision becomes contiguous to the City's Corporate <br /> Limits. This is consistent with the water agreement for the subdivision recently approved by the <br /> City Council. <br /> Staff is recommending approval of the agreement. II <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: No known objectors. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: <br /> Input on this matter was obtained the City's Corporation Counsel and the developer of the <br /> subdivision in the preparation of the agreement. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: <br /> The Director of Engineering and Infrastructure, Steve Swanson,will be in attendance at the City <br /> Council meeting to answer any questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: <br /> There are no adverse budgetary impacts associated with the approval of the agreement. <br /> Attach: 3 <br /> cc: John Smith, Asst.
