ADM shall indemnify and hold City harmless from any claims, actions by <br /> the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, USEPA, or any other <br /> governmental agency and liabilities and associated costs, including <br /> attorneys' fees and environmental penalties arising directly from release or <br /> discharge of ADM Material to or off of City property. ADM shall <br /> indemnify and hold City hannless from any claims, actions by the Illinois <br /> Environmental Protection Agency, USEPA, or any other governmental <br /> agency and liabilities and associated costs, including attorneys' fees and <br /> environmental penalties arising directly from the activities or operations of <br /> ADM personnel and contractors at City property. <br /> 13. ADM shall maintain comprehensive general liability coverage with per <br /> occurrence limits of at least $5.0 million to provide coverage against any <br />
