� -. <br /> 3 <br /> event of release of Material to City property,the Material will be <br /> contained within the Storm Water Basin. ADM shall submit the design to <br /> City for approval. Upon City approval, ADM shall, at its sole risk and <br /> expense, construct modifications on ADM property. <br /> 6. City grants license to ADM to utilize the Storm Water Basin as a <br /> secondary spill/release containment basin for the Tank. <br /> 7. In the event of release of Material to City property, ADM shall <br /> immediately notify City by telephoning City of Decatur Police Dispatch at <br /> 217-424-2719. Thereafter, ADM shall promptly clean up all released <br /> Materials and return City property to the condition existing before the <br /> release. City grants license to ADM personnel and contractors to enter <br /> City property for purposes of such clean up and remediation. <br /> 8. ADM shall notify City 7 days in advance of storing any Material other <br /> than vegetable oil in the Tank, if such material would require use of the <br /> City Storm Water Basin as containment for that material. <br /> 9. City shall notify ADM at least 60 days in advance of any work at City <br /> property which may affect the capacity and direction of water flow of the <br /> Storm Water Basin. City will notify ADM as soon as possible if <br /> emergency work is going to occur or is occurring. Routine maintenance <br /> of the Storm Water Basin that does not affect capacity does not require <br /> notification. The ADM contact person for notifications is Brad Birkholtz, <br /> Decatur West Plant Manager. He should be contacted during normal <br />
