This decision was largely based on the fact that the <br /> use of the City's property was highly unlikely as there was sufficient secondary containment <br /> capacity existing on ADM's property. ADM was informed of staff's determination and asked to <br /> prepare an agreement for review and approval by City staff and subject to the approval of the <br /> City Council. <br /> A final agreement addressing the issues identified by City staff has been prepared and agreed to <br /> by ADM. A copy of the agreement is attached.
