DRIVE IN DECATUR i <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, I <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1: That the attached Service Agreement and accompanying Scope of Work <br /> between Bodine Environmental Services, Inc., and the City of Decatur, regarding the <br /> environmental assessment and investigation of the property at 735 N.
