DRIVE IN DECATUR i <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, I <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1: That the attached Service Agreement and accompanying Scope of Work <br /> between Bodine Environmental Services, Inc., and the City of Decatur, regarding the <br /> environmental assessment and investigation of the property at 735 N. Martin Luther King, Jr. <br /> Drive, in Decatur, is hereby received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to sign said Agreement on behalf of the City, and said officers, or their appointed <br /> designee are authorized to further sign such additional documents as may be necessary and/or <br /> required to comply with the provisions of the Municipal Brownfields Redevelopment Grant <br /> between the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and the City of Decatur. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 2006. <br /> ��� <br /> PAUL OSBORNE, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> {� _ i <br /> ._--_.._ . . , <br /> -� _ ����,� <br /> CITY CLEI�K <br />
