and any monies due or to become due hereunder, shall be binding upon the inure to the <br /> benefit of the parties hereto, as well as their respective successors and assigns. <br /> 3.2 The obligation to provide further services under this Agreement may be terminated by <br /> either party upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, BODINE <br /> shall be compensated for services rendered prior to the date of termination and completed <br /> to the reasonable satisfaction of CLIENT. <br /> 3.3 If at any time during the performance of the services, BODINE believes the safety of its <br /> employees, agents, subcontractors or any other person is in jeopardy, BODINE reserves <br /> the right to immediately suspend the performance of the services until such condition is <br /> remedied. <br /> 3.4 Every term or provision contained in any of the contract documents is severable from all , <br /> of the others. A wavier by either the CLIENT or BODINE of any default by the other of � <br /> any term or provision of the Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver by such party of <br /> any other or subsequent default. <br /> 3.5 This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of <br /> Illinois. <br /> 3.6 When requested by CLIENT, BODINE will provide additional services in connection <br /> with the PROJECT.
