Rodell and Vera Curry (deceased) named as <br /> the owners in tl�e case.-Utilities were terminated and meters removed in 2003. House is standing <br /> open and abandoned and in a severe state of deterioration. Neighbors complain of unknown <br /> - persons entering the house at all hours and stripping off�xterior siding. <br /> 240 N. Calhoun-NSI#200200375_ Case started 1-25-Q2. Albert Walter is named as the owner in <br /> the case. Unable to resolve with a regular housing case. Utilities were terminated and meters <br /> removed in 2002. House is in a severe state of deterioration all around. - <br /> 44Q W. Decatur-NSI#200601590. Case started 5-25-06. Kathryn Nfiller is named as the owner in <br /> the case. The utilities were ternunated and meters locked off in November of 2005. House is <br /> standing open and abandoned. Severe state of deterioration all around with severe structural <br /> deterioration. Interior damaged from numerous roof leaks, including wa(l, ceilings, and floors. <br /> Interior is strewn with garbage and debris throughout. - <br /> 837 W. Decatur-NSI#200302888. Case started 8-13-03. Dennis Schneider is named as the owner <br /> in the case. The utilities were terminated and me�ters removed in January of 2004. Severe state of <br /> deterioration all around and dangerous conditions with the electrical components. Standing open <br /> and abandoned and the subject of neighborhood complairns. <br />
