140b N. Edward-NSI #200�03020. Case started 10-6-OS. Crregory Schmidt (deceased) named as <br /> the owner in the case. There was no will or probate and no one to assume responsibility for the <br /> property. The house was standin' open and abandoned until secured by the City of Decatur. <br /> Severe state of deterioration all around. Interior heavily vandalized and full of trash and debris. <br /> Subject of numerous neighborhood complaints. <br /> 92b N. Fairlawn-NSI #200600769. Case started 3-7-06. Frank E. Black named as the owner in <br /> the case. The utilities were terminated and the meters removed in October of 2005. House is <br /> standing open and abandoned. Floors and ceilings are deteriorated and have open holes. Interior <br /> in very poor condition and trash strewn throughout. <br /> 1028 W. Green-NSI #200601240. Case started 4-17-06. The house is standing open and abandoned and tlie neighbors complain <br /> of unknown persons entering at night. The water service was terminated in February of 2005 and <br /> the electric meter has been removed, but the gas meter shows still active. JeffLloyd named as the owner <br /> in the case. The utilities were terminated in April of 2004 and the meters removed. The house is in <br /> a severe state of deteriorasion and the interior walls, ceilings and floors are deteriorated. <br />
